We want your stay to be enjoyable, but also affordable

Discounts are available not only for seniors, but also for children and extended stay guests or groups. You can stay here in winter or summer. Our rates are as follows:

Rates vary with the season, the number of guests and the room. We are avid cyclists and offer cycle tourists a rate of $40 for 2 and $30 for 1

Golf Packages for the scenic 18 hole Fernie Golf and Country Club
Ski packages available to ski ultimate snow in one of the great ski destinations in the world.
Breakfast service is available and price is per menu.

Payment Methods

Deposit - One night's stay or 50% of booking whichever is greater per room reserved

Cancellation - Except for a $25 administration fee the deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival date. Within the 30 days prior to arrival date the deposit is refundable if the room can be rebooked, less the administration fee.
Ask us for details about a credit towards a future stay.

Ski ultimate snow at Fernie Alpine Resort which is one of the great ski destinations in the world. Ski shuttle operates between town and the resort several times a day in winter.

Two shared guest areas with TV/VCR/Library/Lounge and kitchenette or kitchen.
One room for a family with sofa bed, bunk, TV/VCR & wet bar.

Just off the Hwy in the city of Fernie at the corner of 7th Ave and 7th St.
